GOD IS ABLE

Dear brothers and sister in the Lord all over the world, brother Dick and i ( Ronald)are seated here on the chairs blogging to update you. We have started this blog to keep you informed of what the Lord is doing here on the other side of the beautiful Fortportal.About three weeks ago we started a new church of christ in place called Kyogya Kitumba here in Fortportal Uganda. We started by visiting homes and telling them about christ and we got very good responses from the people in the villages where we visited. In our first sunday we had 54 people attend church and 13 accepted Jesus as their personal Lord and saviour, on the 2nd sunday 76 came to church were we had 2 moslem men and 2 women give their lives to Jesus. Please pray for these people because they fear they are going to be isolated by their families.Today's sunday the 30th was our 3rd sunday and we had 95 people with 36 little children. A 93yrs old woman renewed her committment to the lord and she invited brother Dick and i to go to her home and share with her great grand children about Jesus so that her whole family may come to know the Lord. Her pet name is Abooki. Please pray for the new ministry and that People may hear about Jesus. We are very excited about this opportunity that the Lord has placed before us. We thank you all who are praying for us and the People of the villages where we serve the Lord from.God has given us a wonderful ministry team of people who love and trust him and who are very dedicated to his service. On 7th Oct we celebrated our first months in the ministry with 120 men and women and over 30 children .
